I am currently a software engineer at IronPort Systems, which specializes in mail and web security products. (IronPort is now part of Cisco.) We also offer an online database of email sender, SenderBase.
Previously, I was a senior software engineer at Whistle Communications (a startup bought by IBM), makers of the InterJet, an Internet appliance for small businesses.
Before joining Whistle, I was an engineer at Apple Computer working on Copland. I was designated to work on Rhaspody before being laid off in March, 1997. If you count "time spent" at Taligent, I worked at Apple a total of 14 1/2 years.
In my spare time, I do a little photography. (An older gallery is available here.) I'm also part of a group of local artists who manage a small gallery space in Pacifica - Quarry Cove Art Gallery, 225 Rockaway Beach Ave - and I often have photos on display there.
